Shipping policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days, excluding pre-order and back-order items. For the most up-to-date information on back-order and pre-order status, please refer to the product page on our website.
If your order contains items with back-order or pre-order status, all items will be shipped together once they are ready and in stock. Please understand that delivery times for pre-orders are estimates and may be subject to delays due to global supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. As soon as we receive stock, we will fulfill all orders promptly.
All items will be shipped within 72 business hours after full payment is received, except for pre-sale/backorder items. For pre-sale/backorder items, the approximate delivery date will be mentioned in the purchase order confirmation email.
